When it comes to classroom management I wish I knew much more, but taking the time and trying new things or ideas takes time...I guess patients is more needed in myself. I've come across this year wondering off, what I need to know when I first teach. Even though I'm a paraprofessional and have been for some years now, I still don't think I have the best techniques in guiding a classroom the way I would like to.
Throughout time... I will grow some more too : )
